Senior portrait for Kylie - Eugene Oregon

Kylie just graduated high school this year. She was super calm, smart, and incredibly friendly. She told me about her career goals and what she would like to achieve. Hearing all that put me to shame instantly for how little I was thinking about my future when I was graduating from high school. (lol)

We decided to go for moody photos while subtly including something that matters to Kylie in some sets. I absolutely love how it came out, and I cannot thank her and her mom enough for trusting me with these images.

One thing I’ve noticed lately is that people seem to be looking for images that are unique and meaningful to them. As a creative, I absolutely love this. I also think it’s incredibly cool that many schools are becoming ok with each student expressing themselves in unique ways.

I don’t expect that my look is for everyone but I’m grateful that I can be a part of the journey for those who want to be photographed in this style. Thanks Kylie and Katie for coming over to our tiny studio. It was so fun to hang out and create these gorgeous images with you two. :)
