“You are the captain of your own ship; don’t let anyone else take the wheel.”

- Michael Josephson

Being in front of a camera can feel unfamiliar.
For many, it brings up hesitation, uncertainty, or the feeling of not quite knowing what to do.

My work begins in that space—creating an environment where you can slow down, feel at ease, and be seen in a way that feels natural and unforced.

A woman sits on a stool against a black backdrop in a photography studio, while a photographer takes her picture. A large softbox light is directed at her, and a person sits on a bench in the background observing. The studio has various equipment, chairs, and a textured carpeted floor.

I approach photography as a quiet, collaborative process.
Rather than focusing on posing or perfection, I’m drawn to presence, subtle expression, and the in-between moments that often go unnoticed.

Whether it’s boudoir, portrait, or personal branding, each session is guided with care—allowing space for something honest and personal to emerge.

About

I’m based in Eugene, Oregon, and work with clients throughout the Pacific Northwest, including Portland.

My love for fine art continues to shape how I see and create. I favor the images that feel like lost memories and a sense of quiet intention in each of them.

Many clients come in feeling unsure of what to expect.

Over time, that uncertainty turns into comfort, presence, and a quiet confidence that doesn’t feel forced.

My role is simply to guide you there.
